Not only has Charlie worked in the field of architecture for more than 25 years, but he also has hands on knowledge of construction.

Charlie began his career working as a Carpenter’s Apprentice while attending the Architectural Technology program at Delaware County Community College in 1992. After completing this program and earning his Associates degree in Architecture, he continued his education by transferring to Drexel University. Charlie graduated from Drexel’s seven year co-op curriculum with a Bachelor of Architecture.

Concurrently, he worked as an Architectural Intern for a firm located in Wayne, PA, until he was hired by another architectural firm in 1999 to assist in managing their most essential clients. For the next fifteen years Charlie worked on and managed various building types including Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Office, Hospitality, Restoration, Adaptive Reuse, and Residential.

At the commencement of SCULL Architecture, LLC Charlie was also the full time in-house Architect and Project Manager of Design and Construction at The Tamora Group. In this role Charlie was responsible for designing and managing the firm’s architectural, construction and development projects valued up to 16 million dollars.

Today, Charlie is the Principal Architect and Owner of SCULL Architecture, LLC where he works closely with his clients taking their projects from the programming, design phases through the construction process and on to project close-out completion.

For over 30 years, Sam has combined his technical knowledge, vast and varied experience and “practical-based” approach to economically solve problems, help achieve Client’s visions and provide expert structural engineering services for all projects in the commercial, retail, industrial and institutional sectors.

Sam’s experience includes the design of new structures and buildings utilizing steel, masonry, concrete, wood and light gage metal framing. He also has extensive experience and knowledge in the evaluation and renovation/rehabilitation of existing buildings, specialty structures and bridges.

With a “hands-on” approach, Sam oversees engineering design and technical direction for all projects.

Sam focuses on structural analysis and design for small to midsize structures throughout the US and Canada. She works with clients on innovative structural projects utilizing unique materials such as aluminum and composites to find sustainable solutions. In her spare time, Sam enjoys teaching dance classes and spending time outdoors hiking with her family.

Angelo L. Martarano has over a decade of experience in the field. Before founding Martarano Engineering in 2009, he worked as an electrical engineer at McCarthy Engineering Associates from 2005 to 2010. His leadership at Martarano Engineering has positioned the firm as a reliable provider of MEP solutions, with a small but focused team of professionals.

Angelo is a professional engineer based in Pennsylvania and the President of Martarano Engineering, Inc., a firm headquartered in Wyomissing. His company specializes in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services, serving the Philadelphia region and beyond. Their work includes HVAC system design, lighting compliance to ASHRAE standards, and detailed plumbing schematics.

Lauren launched her design career in 2021 after 15 plus years in the medical field, bringing with her a sharp eye, intuitive creativity, and a deep understanding of how people live and feel in their spaces. Her natural talent quickly set her apart, allowing her to transform not just interiors, but the everyday experiences of the clients who inhabit them.

Today, Lauren leads a boutique studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial design from PA to LA — NYC to FL. She and her team have reimagined everything from historic homes to modern commercial spaces, creating environments that are functional, elevated, and unforgettable.
